Become among the first to experience BonLook from the comfort (or mind-numbing familiarity) of your home! Choose 4 frames you like, and we’ll send them over to you to try (it’s free!). You get to keep them for 7 days, so you can try them on with different outfits, under different moods, and ask family and friends for advice.

3. Take advantage of our 3D virtual try-on tool where available
4. Contact our virtual stylists at virtualstylist@bonlook.com. They’ll help you whittle down your final home try-on list to 4 frames and place your order!
The try-outs
1. Use your 7 days wisely! Try on your 4 frames for size, comfort, and style. Might we suggest sending out some selfies to get feedback from your loved ones? You can always contact your virtual stylist if you need advice or have questions during the process.
2. Return the box containing all frames (even your faves!), labels and envelopes using the prepaid shipping label. Allow 10 business days for the processing of your return and reversal of fees on your credit card.
Get your chosen pair
1. Once you’ve made your decision, place your order on bonlook.com or via virtualstylist@bonlook.com.
2. You’ll receive your glasses within 10-12 business days for frames without prescription and single vision lenses, and within 11-14 business days for multifocal or very high-index (1.74) lenses.

1. Home try-on is available in Canada only.
2. Shopping for shades? Tinted lenses are not available for home try-on, but you can absolutely try on the frames you like lens-free for size (while keeping in mind that the general effect might differ once tinted lenses are added). As for designs that we specifically released as sunglasses, they are currently not included in our home try-on program.
3. In the event that a customer should omit to return their home try-on box containing 4 frames, the $150 fees will not be reimbursed.
4. Some styles might not be available for home try-on depending on stock availability.
5. Only one home try-on order per person can be fulfilled at once. You will be able to order a new one once the previous order has been returned
